Do you offer hourly services? 

Some engagements may be hourly; however, most consulting and facilitation work is scoped on project or engagement basis to ensure clarity and alignment.

Do you offer virtual or remote engagements? 

Yes. Most consulting, facilitation, and program support engagements can be delivered virtually. In-person options are available for clients in the DMV area or beyond.

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. Long Legacy Collective supports subcontracting and teaming arrangements with prime contractors, nonprofits, and public sector partners.

Do you work with government or public sector clients?

Yes. We have experience supporting public sector, nonprofit, and education focused organizations and are comfortable working within structured procurement and compliance environments.

How are payment terms handled?

Payment terms are outlined clearly in proposals or agreements prior to the start of work. Terms may vary depending on engagement type and partner requirements. Payment structures are discussed on a case-by-case basis and outlined clearly in your proposal or agreement before work begins. If flexibility is needed, bring it up during your discovery call and we will work to find an approach that fits. 

How far in advance should we book?

Availability varies. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for facilitation, workshops, or event related support.
