Ciara Long is a seasoned program and operations professional with over a decade of experience supporting public sector, nonprofit, and community based organizations. Her background includes program management, financial management and oversight, contract and grants support, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

Ciara brings an analytical, execution focused mindset to her work, complemented by a strong understanding of community dynamics and culturally responsive engagement. She is known for simplifying complex challenges, creating structure where it's needed most, and helping teams move from planning to action.

She holds an MBA and maintains multiple federal certifications, including FAC-COR and Grants Officer Representative credentials. Through Long Legacy Collective, Ciara combines professional expertise with a strong commitment to service, family, and community impact.
