Client Payment Policy

Thank you you for choosing Long Legacy Collective for your creative needs! Please review our payment terms below:

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required before any design work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full before the delivery of the final files or project completion.
Payment Method: Payments can be made securely via PayPay, Venmo, or other methods discussed during project onboarding.
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in our design queue.
Project Timelines: Timelines will be discussed individually and may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness.
Ownership Rights: Final ownership of designs will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received.
